Day 12: Matter Over Mind

Assignment: Make a photograph of something shiny or glossy, but not transparent.  Emphasize the effect of the surface.

Right now, there is a battle taking place in my body.  And matter is winning.  You see, this shiny green ball has been calling my name since the turn of the new year... and that delicious carmel-chocolatey Rolo on top is winning.  I can't seem to get back into the swing of an exercise routine.  I keep saying "Maybe next week".  But, NEXT WEEK is my week! I'm writing it down so I can hold myself accountable.  Slowly but surely, I'll get find my way back to a healthy routine.
